Hello Thespians, Shawn Cremer, Publicist here.

As I'm sure everybody knows, school is starting at the end of this week, Thursday for sixth graders and Friday for everybody else. So, here are some end-of-the summer things to keep in mind.
-The Potluck: It's tonight! Beginners, bring a main dish, Intermediates, a side dish, Juniors, drinks, and Seniors, dessert. Bring enough for 24 people! Students, remember to get there at 3 pm and remember that it is mandatory! Also, don't forget your supplies- one ream of white copy paper and a 1.5-2 inch binder for the theatre school year. Also, come with ideas for scenes/partners- especially high-schoolers.
-Summer Assignments- Remember that you had homework over the summer! Beginners, you have to have a children's book. Intermediates, Stanislavski and those five wonderful plays. Advanced- Uda Hagen and for Seniors, William Ball. As far as the high school reading, it is due to be done on Monday, August 30. I don't know about middle school.
-Scene Night is coming up! At the meeting, we will talk about it, so you will need to be ready with scenes!
-Pajama Game is also fast approaching. It starts in September! Also, Hamlet folks, the first rehearsal is this Thursday 3-5! Yay Fall Plays!
-So, enjoy your last few days of Summer and get geared up for a fantastic year of theatre. Also, check out the new "Student Spotlight" tab on this website. More spotlights will be coming soon.
