Bonjour Fellow Thespians!
It's me, Spencer.
So guys there are so many things I want to take the opportunity to talk to. A lot of this is advice that I've begun to accumulate over the past several months.
My first bit of advice is to all you thespians who are Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors. I know college may seem like a long ways away, but I can assure you, it's not. Even as freshmen you need to keep in mind that in three years, or less, you'll be applying to college. I'm not telling you guys this because I am trying to sound like every other college counselor spewing the same old stuff at you. I'm telling you this because they are completely right. Honestly, applying to colleges suck. Every waking moment of your life, when you aren't dealing with the incredible stress of senior year, you are thinking "I could be finishing my college apps right now," or, "I should be working on my essay for Northwestern." College visits, college essays, SATs and ACTs; even though none of these sound... exactly... "fun" but TRUST ME. Get them out of the way now, and your senior year will be SO much more fun.
Ok, college rant over.
On a lighter note: Thanksgiving break is coming up soon. While are you ladies and gents are out with friends and PREPARING YOUR MINDS BODIES FOR STATE *hint* just remember to relax. After thanksgiving break, we've got finals week *or finals weeks* and that can be stressful. Just remember to unwind and settle down.
ALSO: For those of you who didn't get the email, bowling night is a no go for tomorrow. It will be rescheduled soon.
Alright, well I guess that's it for now? I may just do another post in a week or so. We shall see.
Best of luck, lovelies!
