First Thespian Minutes of the Year!

Hey fellow Thespians! This is Katie, your stenog this year!
Just wanted to let you know that the officers you appointed are already working on the exciting new school year. Of course, you could look at all these wonderful blog posts to know that - don't need to hear it from me!
Anywho, as Secretary, you'll be seeing me at each meeting. I'll be the one handing out point cards. Also, every week, I'll update you on what you're officers are working on. These are called the "minutes". You can find the minutes also on the Thespian board outside the Black Box Theater.
With no further delay, here's what we've been discussing.
Minutes:
-SPUH - AYLA: lists are done, high school level will be receiving their SPUH assignments shortly, and after that, write away!
-Inductions - TESS: We understand that a lot of this year's Junior and Sophomore class who have been participating with Thespians haven't actually been inducted yet, so your VP will be working with ITS to get the most up to date roster of everyone who HAS. After that, those who want to still be Thespians but aren't inducted can be this year.
-Coldstone/Chipotle - SAMIE/MARLO: There will be upcoming opportunities to support your troupe and eat some amazing food. We still have to finallize the dates, but TENTATIVELY, the annual Coldstone fundraiser is set for September 22nd. Be there, or...don't get ice cream made by your officers! It supports a great cause - YOU! And if you tip us, we sing. I promise to learn as many songs as possible between then and now, and I'm expecting some tips in return.
-Ticket Swap - RYAN/JAKE: This year we're finally implementing the ticket swap between us and other schools so we can see each others shows for free! We have already confirmed a swap between Cherry Creek High School. We've given them thirty tickets to Hamlet, and in return, we've received tickets in return for one of their Shakespearean shows! More information will be coming later.
-Laser Tag - NICKI: The official date for laser tag is NOVEMBER 20th! More details on how to sign up for a night of FUN will be coming soon!
-Thespian Meeting: Your first meeting is SEPTEMBER 7th! We have taken into consideration the inconvenient fact that you are not allowed to eat outside the commons area and outside. We're working on solutions, but the best one we;ve come up with is to eat within the first ten minutes of your lunch period and then heading over to the Black Box. We'll update you with more news about this.
