E-mail Tree and Facebook Page

Hello Thespians. This is your Publicist, Shawn Cremer.
This year, we are trying our best to improve communication so that everybody is in the loop. I want to make sure our e-mail tree really works, so we're going to start setting it up NOW! So, please e-mail this new address:

Please send in the e-mail your full name, major, and e-mail address. Also, if you get text messages, please include your cell phone number in the e-mail.
This is the second part of the new communication system. We are creating a texting tree. For those of you who went to National Convention this summer, it is the same system. Each officer will be assigned a certain amount of thespians and we will text you throughout the year with important updates. This way, if an e-mail doesn't go through, or you don't see a poster, you will receive a text.
This year, it is required throughout DSA that posters go on the designated cork boards only. There are three on the second floor, on either end. There are five on the main floor, throughout the building, and there will be posters on the Theatre call board outside of the L-Studio. Please look in these locations for info on the next All-Troupe Meeting.
The next meeting is Wednesday, September 7th at 12:30. So, please eat your food as fast as possible, since we can't have food in the school.
The last order of business concerning communication is our facebook page. You will notice on the Thespian home page a "Like" button. Please like us on facebook. We're trying to get to 100 before September 7th! Info will also be posted here regarding meetings and fees, etc.
Look at that! Count the ways that you can stay in the loop with Thespians.
