Positive stuff??!!
Hey everyone! So guess what's right around the corner?? STATE CONVENTION!! I have been freaking out trying to prepare with my two I.E.'s PLUS my All-State Show audition for The Foreigner. If you have an I.E. for state, make sure it is in good shape. YOU paid to enter it, so why not make it worth while. Also, the officers are workshopping your I.E.'s to give constructive feedback. Now this doesn't mean that you show us an I.E. that is partially memorized and not blocked. Get it as ready as pos... Continue reading ...
State!! Shmwah!!
Hello all! It's Everett. Well I am super excited for state convention, and it's coming up FAST! If you're going to state for your first time this year, then get pumped. I always have a blast and learn so much. Not only are you meeting cool people from other schools that share the same interest in theatre, but you get to work with them in awesome workshops and such. There are also SO many individual performances (IE) to watch, which is always so interesting. It's also fun just to sort of b... Continue reading ...

Heyyyy. It's Everett, the intermediate historian. Back for another blog! So I haven't blogged since my first one. BAD! Anyway, just got finished with Pajama Game a few weeks ago. The show went great from my point of view as the Assistant Director. Being the Assistant Director was such a great experience. Yes there was some work involved, duh, but I had a lot of fun in the process. Even though I wasn't in the cast, I became very close with them and got a lot of new friends out of it. Also, con... I had a very busy Summer and things are now starting to slow down. First, I took a vacation. I came back for about a week then left to Maryland/D.C./Virginia for National History Day. It was such an awesome trip. I went to many cool museums and learned a whole bunch of stuff! The day I left for the trip, ... Continue reading ...
ARE YOU READY?!
ARE YOU READY FOR SCHOOL!? Well, you should be because it will be amazing. I hope all of you are doing well and having a great year so far. I know I am. now, even though the lock-in was a while ago, I'm still going to talk about. Did you guys think it was fun? I sure did. I had all kinds of, and made some really awesome friends. And who is excited for Mr. Becker! I am so happy that he is with us. Honestly, I think that he will bring some really vital things to this major. For example, movemen... Continue reading ...
Boy, oh Boy
Hola! Its Tess :) Have any of you ever been to Lincoln, Nebraska? Well, I just got back from that rather dull place. For those of you who haven't been there, it's hot, humid, and sticky every minute of the day. Lincoln is a relatively small city with not much going on. It basically revolves around the University of Nebraska, which is a great school. If your wondering why I was there, it was because the national thespian convention is held there annually and I had the honor of going with the s... Continue reading ...
